We aim to display our products as accurately as possible; however:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Small variations may occur since many items are handmade or made-to-order.

  • Limited edition items may sell out without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. BETTINA Atelier may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing error

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Payment is not successfully completed

You will be notified via email if your order cannot be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped worldwide via UPS Express.

  • USA, Canada, UK, International: 48–72 hours

  • Custom-made items require 4–8 weeks (production + delivery)

Shipping costs, customs duties, import fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return and exchange process follows strict quality measures.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Sale items and swimwear are non-returnable

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

6. Customs, Duties & International Fees

Custom and import fees vary by country and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays caused by customs are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • Update your information if it changes

  • Ensure the delivery address is correct

  • Cover any redelivery or address correction fees charged by UPS

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Damage caused during unauthorized modifications to items

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the order total.
