Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your BETTINA pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you need to return, exchange, or file a claim, please review the guidelines below.


1. What You Need to Know

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • All items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and dust bag.

  • We only accept returns made with the prepaid return label provided by us.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, altered, or missing accessories will be rejected.

  • Swimwear and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Make a Return

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • Refunds are issued for the item(s) purchased only, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Returns sent after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

  • We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage.

  • Email us your tracking number once the return has been shipped.


3. How to Make an Exchange

Please note:

  • Shipping fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items sent after this period may be rejected and returned.

  • Always provide a tracking number and proof of postage when sending your exchange.

  • Email us the tracking details once shipped.


4. How to Make a Claim (Damaged / Incorrect Item)

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

Include in your email:

  • Clear photos of the defect or wrong item

  • Order number

  • Full name

We will review your claim and send you the next steps for returning the item.

Reminder:
Always obtain tracking + proof of postage when sending your return.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after arrival for the refund to appear on your original payment method.


6. Exchange Policy — Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia

For orders delivered to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Exchanges can be made for items of the same or higher value.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • All shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
