We ship from Kosovo (outside the EU customs union). For Italy and other EU destinations, import VAT or duties may be collected by UPS on delivery. These charges are set by customs and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 14 days if unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.

Couture, made-to-order, and custom pieces are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing with the atelier.
