1. Shipping Method (UPS Express Worldwide)

All BETTINA orders are shipped exclusively with:

⏱ Delivery time: 24–48 hours in Europe
🌍 48–72 hours for USA, Canada, UK & International

Every package includes:

  • Full UPS tracking

  • Priority handling

  • Door-to-door delivery

  • Secure packaging

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs, duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Processing Time

Ready-to-Wear Collection

These items are immediately available.
Processing time: 1 business day
Delivery time: 24–48 hours worldwide (UPS Express)

Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces

Each couture piece is handcrafted from scratch.
Production + delivery time: 4–8 weeks
(We will notify you if additional time is needed.)


3. Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your UPS tracking number

  • A link to track your order in real time

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

4. Delivery & Signature

UPS requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Missed deliveries

  • Incorrect addresses

  • UPS redelivery fees


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it

  • Is delayed beyond the expected delivery window
